Assalamu alaikum and welcome to the Bayyinah Affiliate Program. By signing up to become an affiliate, you agree to the terms below.
Note: Only users who subscribe via our Stripe payment system (on the website) are eligible for affiliate commission. Subscriptions made through PayPal, Google Play Store or Apple App Store are not currently trackable for affiliates and will not generate commissions.

1. 🎯 Purpose of the Program
The Bayyinah Affiliate Program allows you to share Bayyinah TV with others and earn 20% recurring commission for up to 12 months per referral. Our goal is to support meaningful da'wah while helping you earn a halal income.
2. đź“ť Eligibility & Acceptance
- All applications are reviewed before approval.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application without explanation.
- Affiliates must maintain a good standing with Bayyinah (no misuse, misrepresentation, or policy violations).
3. đź’° Commission Details
- You’ll earn 20% of the paid subscription amount for up to 12 months per user you refer.
- This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
- Payouts are made once per month, approximately 30 days after payment (to allow for refunds/cancellations).
- The user must subscribe using your unique affiliate link for tracking.
- Note: Only subscriptions processed through Stripe (on our website) are eligible for affiliate commission. Payments through PayPal, Google Play Store or Apple App Store are not currently commissionable due to tracking limitations
4. 🌍 Geo-Based Pricing
Bayyinah TV has regional pricing:
- Standard: $11/month or $112/year
- Developing Countries: $4.50/month or $45/year
Your commission will be calculated as 20% of whatever price the user actually pays, based on their location.
5. ⏱️ Cookie Duration & Attribution
- Referral links use a 30-day cookie window.
- We operate on first-click attribution—the first affiliate whose link a user clicks within the window gets credit for the signup.
- If the user switches devices or clears cookies, tracking may be lost.
6. đźš« Prohibited Activities
As an affiliate, you may not:
- Use your own link to subscribe (self-referral)
- Misrepresent Bayyinah TV or make false claims
- Imitate Bayyinah or Ustadh Nouman Ali Khan by adding our logos, brand elements, or names to your social media usernames, bios, handles or branding
- Redistribute or repost any copyrighted content from within Bayyinah TV to promote your link (e.g., screen recordings, downloads of full videos or paywalled materials)
- Charge additional fees or offer paid services that mislead people into thinking they’re paying for Bayyinah TV or an official Bayyinah service
- Run paid ads targeting Bayyinah-branded keywords (e.g., “Bayyinah coupon,” “Nouman Ali Khan discount”)
Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the program.
7. 📤 Payouts
- Minimum payout threshold: $50
- Payouts are made monthly via Stripe or Wise
- You are responsible for entering your correct payment details in the portal
- Commissions may be reversed if a user requests a refund
8. 🧾 Taxes & Reporting
Affiliates are responsible for complying with any tax regulations in their local jurisdiction. Bayyinah is not responsible for your personal tax filings.
9. đź“Ś Program Changes
Bayyinah reserves the right to:
- Modify the commission rate
- End the affiliate program
- Remove an affiliate from the program at any time
We’ll notify you of major changes in advance via email or inside the community space.
10. 🤝 Final Note
This program is a partnership built on trust and sincerity. We hope this is not just a way to earn income—but a way to serve the ummah by helping more people unlock their hearts through the Quran.
